We have a state of the art production facility located in Ajman in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We have a combined capacity of producing 28000 MT of lubricants and Greases per annum. We manage highly process driven and efficient operations and our facilities are ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 certified. Our blending and filling processes are highly automated and we have the capability to blend multiple grades simultaneously while we have the infrastructure for small pack (1L, 4L, 5L, 500gms, 1Kg) and also for automated filling of Pails and Drums. The laboratory is at the heart of a high quality and innovative lubricants manufacturing setup. We have a well-equipped and modern laboratory with all the required testing equipment and machinery to help us innovate and maintain our high quality standards. Our labs are equipped with the latest equipment for oil analysis and grease testing such as Viscometer Bath, Automatic Flash Point Test, ICP, FTIR, Pour Point, Color Comparator, Densitometer and grease testing equipment such as Four Ball (scar and weld test), Penetrometer (worked & unworked), Drop point, Roll stability, Water wash, Oil separation etc. helping us test and develop our products to International standards. We also provide for oil analysis and monitoring programs to end users and customers. Our team of technicians monitor the production process at all stages with multiple levels of tests and checks to ensure optimum efficiency and quality
